Balsamic Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 ham 10-15 pounds spiral sliced, with bone
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Fig Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Notes
Other flavor suggestions might be Bourbon Dark Balsamic, Maple Dark Balsamic, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic or Pumpkin Pie Dark Balsamic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Wrap ham in foil and place on roasting rack in roasting pan. Pour enough water to cover bottom of roasting pan, but not deep enough to touch ham.
- Cook ham for 2 hours.
- Mix together Honey, Balsamic and Dijon together until well blended.
- Remove ham from oven and turn heat to 400 degrees. Remove foil off ham.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, allowing to drip down into the sliced portions of the ham. Return to oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
