You won’t believe how simple and quick it is to make a fresh clean tasting sauce with ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen!
Tarter Sauce
There's no comparison between store bought Tarter Sauce and this simple recipe! It works great for almost any fish or even to dip Fries in.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs Pennsylvania Pepper
- 1 Tbs Dried Dill
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Sweet Pickle Relish
- 2 Tbs Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Notes
If salt isn't an issue for you and you want to add another layer of flavor, add 1 Tbs chopped prepared Capers
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow all of the flavors to incorporate
