Linguini with Sausage & Peas
Simple, Quick and Packed with Flavor! It's worth it to buy your Sausage from a local Butcher but even Grocery Store varieties will work in a pinch.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Linguini
- 1 Package Frozen Peas
- 1 Lb Italian Sweet Sausage
- 3 TBS House Blend Gourmet Bread Dip
- 1/4 Cup House Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
- In small dish mix bread dip with Olive Oil and set aside.
- Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes until internal temperature is 160°.
- Remove sausage and cut into bite sized pieces then return to pan and cook until all sides are golden brown.
- Add linguini to boiling water and cook as per manufacturer directions, in the last 2 minutes of cooking, add frozen peas. When finished, strain water and add pasta back into the pot.
- Add oil mixture and sausage to pasta. Stir or shake to combine.
