Ingredients
- 1 medium piece of Ginger root
- 4 medium-sized Carrots
- 1 Large -sized Shallot
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons of Toasted Sesame Lemongrass Ginger Oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ginger sugar

- Peel the shallots, ginger, and carrots.
- Roughly chop shallots, carrots and Ginger to help in the blending stage.
