Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship orders received before 2pm EST on the same day they arrive. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, transit times can be found on the UPS website. If you require special shipping arrangements, please email us for more information.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Oil and Spice Company ships to addresses within the U.S.Due to the size and weight of our products, we are not permitted to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Tracking numbers are assigned to each order, log back into your account to view tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Oil and Spice Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Exchanges & Returns

Items purchased from Oil and Spice Company can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are NOT eligible for refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the items back unless previous arrangements have been negotiated in writing by Oil and Spice Company.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY: IF YOU RECEIVE A SHIPMENT THAT CONTAINS DAMAGE, YOU MUST TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGE INCLUDING THE LABEL OF THE PRODUCT AND SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS.

In order for us to receive a credit from the shipping company, we must provide proof of the damages to be compensated.

FAQ

Common questions regarding our policies

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. When the package arrives, immediately take some pictures of the damage, whenever possible include a picture of the labels on the items. Then contact us and send us the photos. We will ship you a replacement order and contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Contact us, in most cases we will send you a return label to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items, we will ship you the correct items at no additional cost to you.

We do our very best to list product dimensions and important specifications in product descriptions. If you have any questions about an item, you should contact us with any questions prior to placing your order.

If you do receive an item and decide it isn’t exactly what you wanted, you can always return it if it has not been used or damaged for a refund within 30 days of original purchase. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping charges and return shipping charges as they are not refundable.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping company. If the package is lost in shipping, you should first call the shipping company with your tracking number to see if they can locate it for you. If you are not able to get any information, contact us and we will see what we can do to help you.

 

Personalize the Label Your Way!

Below, we will give you some quick instructions to get you on the way to customizing your own labels for any occasion.

IMPORTANT

Be sure to type the name of the flavor in the box at the bottom of the label so the recipient knows which wonderful flavor you have chosen for them.

Be creative, you can change the font, colors and size for the flavor name too. You can even personalize the name to be cute if you desire.

Text

Enter the message that you want in the white text box. Select the Font and Select the Size. Once the text appears on the label, you can drag it to wherever you would like it to be.

Shapes

Create common shapes to add to your design.

Uploads

With this tool, you can upload your own photos! You can even apply filters to your image like Sepia Tone or Grayscale.

Clip Art

We have an ever expanding library of Clip Art Images to choose from for almost any occasion. Just browse the library and select the image to add it to your label.

Additional Controls (Tool Bar)

In the Tool Bar at the top of the screen, you can undo an adjustment, center an item vertically or horizontally, duplicate an item, delete an item or send an item in front or behind another item.

Make your Purchase

Once you’re satisfied with your creation, you can either choose to save it to your account or add it to your shopping cart. *Saved designs can be applied to other products!
