All Purpose White Wine Sauce

Bursting with flavor, this is a simple sauce with many uses. Pour over pasta with seafood or chicken. You can even make it ahead and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week for an easy weeknight meal.

This recipe uses our Garlic Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance the other flavors but you can also use Basil EVOO, Garlic EVOO, Shallot Garlic EVOO or a plain Varietal.

Kick it up another notch by adding some fresh Parsley or Basil. For a tangier sauce, add some Capers too!

We love to use this over pasta with either shrimp or chicken but it is so versatile, it goes with just about anything.
