Oil and Spice Company is a wholly owned family business. We are a totally independent small business, not bound by any exclusivity agreements with any of our suppliers. Â Why is this important to you our customer? Because it allows Oil and Spice Company to source only the finest quality products from around the world. Â All of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are certified a minimum of two times by licensed testing facilities, this extra testing ensures that you are receiving only the highest quality EV Olive Oil. Our flavored Balsamic Vinegar are based on our 25 Star Traditional Balsamic which is a mix of 80% Grape Must and 20% Wine Vinegar.
Our mission is to educate customers about the many health benefits and endless culinary possibilities of these all-natural premium products.
As a Team Member, you will be expected to assist Customers on selecting the right flavors and Spice combinations that best fit their desires. Almost every product is packaged by hand in the store, Team Members need to be clean and efficient to package Spices, Tea, Oil, Balsamic and Vinegar while the Customer waits.
From time to time, you may be expected to lift 2.5 Gallon containers to refill pouring buckets. It’s also the team Members responsibility to keep the store tidy and sanitary.
Knowledge of Cooking is a great asset to Team Members but even a basic background will suffice, we offer constant training on the latest flavors and recipe ideas.
We offer flexible hours and competitive salary. We also hold special events from time to time that include Festivals and Cooking Classes in addition to the regular store hours.
In store discounts and occasional free products are included with employment.
We participate in 3 to 6 remote events per year. This is a really fun way to earn some extra money and meet new people.

Below, we will give you some quick instructions to get you on the way to customizing your own labels for any occasion.
Be sure to type the name of the flavor in the box at the bottom of the label so the recipient knows which wonderful flavor you have chosen for them.
Be creative, you can change the font, colors and size for the flavor name too. You can even personalize the name to be cute if you desire.
Enter the message that you want in the white text box. Select the Font and Select the Size. Once the text appears on the label, you can drag it to wherever you would like it to be.
Create common shapes to add to your design.
With this tool, you can upload your own photos! You can even apply filters to your image like Sepia Tone or Grayscale.
We have an ever expanding library of Clip Art Images to choose from for almost any occasion. Just browse the library and select the image to add it to your label.
In the Tool Bar at the top of the screen, you can undo an adjustment, center an item vertically or horizontally, duplicate an item, delete an item or send an item in front or behind another item.
Once you’re satisfied with your creation, you can either choose to save it to your account or add it to your shopping cart. *Saved designs can be applied to other products!
