We all know that traditionally Corned Beef is served with spicy mustard but this sauce will take your meal to the next level.
The possibilities are endless!
We like to use this recipe as a base for creating some really unique sauces for everyday foods like Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, French Fries and more. Add some finely diced Jalapenos for some texture and heat or caramelize some onions Hot Dogs.
To really spice things up, you can substitute Chili Sauce for the Ketchup.
This makes a great dipping sauce for chicken tenders too.

2 Tbs Raw Honey
1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbs Mint Jelly
2 Tbs Lambrusco Vinegar
2 Tbs Butter
Notes
You can also use this recipe as a base to create unique sauces. Add some Chile Flakes for more spice or finely dice up some Jalapenos to add texture. Saute some Red Onions to make an incredible Hot Dog topping in the summer.
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil while mixing with a whisk, then remove from heat.
