There are many options when it comes to making a good Vinaigrette. Here we’re going to show you two simple variations.
When mixing the ingredients, we prefer to use an Emulsion Blender but if you don’t have one, a whisk works just fine.
Lambrusco Vinaigrette - Classic
This is our preferred recipe that is terrific on it’s own or you can mix other flavors into it such as Strawberries, Blueberries or any combination of fresh ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Lambrusco Wine Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Herbes de Provence Seasoning – SALT FREE
- 1/2 TSP Dijon Mustard
Notes
Optional: Add 1 TBSP of Balsamic
Instructions
- Simply mix all of the ingredients except for the seasoning together in a large bowl and blend using a whisk or Emulsion Blender until well mixed. Stir in seasoning, pour contents into a bottle or jar and shake to mix.
