Green Beans with Garlic and Vinegar
This recipe produces tender Green Beans with a bold flavor. It's a great compliment to almost any main course.

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans washed and trimmed
- Chicken Broth (Enough to cover beans in a pot)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Pear & Apple Ambrosia Fruit Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Roasted Chile and Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash and trim your green beans. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Mince the garlic clove and put into a small bowl. Add the oil and vinegar.
- Put the cut green beans in a pot and add the chicken broth. Add enough broth to cover the beans. Bring the liquid to a boil and then simmer the beans until they are cooked to your preference (About 25 minutes).
- With a slotted spoon, remove the beans from the broth to your serving bowl. Add the oil and vinegar with the minced garlic and gently stir to coat the green beans. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste and mix gently, again.
