Lemon Pepper Linguine with Sea Scallops

Ingredients
- 12oz Lemon Pepper Linguine
- 1lb Dry Sea Scallops
- 2 TBS Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil with Lemon
- 1 Lemon
- Pennsylvania Pepper Blend
Notes
(Hint - Cook for the full 4 minutes unless you prefer very al dente pasta)
Instructions
- Rinse Scallops and pat dry, sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides and.
- In a pot, cook linguine as per directions on the package.
- In a pan, add Avocado Oil and heat to a high temperature. Sear Scallops for 2 minutes on each side.
- Arrange Scallops on top of Pasta, drizzle Butter EVOO over entire dish.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
