Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Ingredients
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce
- 2 TBS Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- White Wine Smoked Salt
- Pennsylvania Pepper Blend to Taste
Instructions
- Cut each heart of romaine in half lengthwise, leaving the end intact so each half holds together.
- Drizzle with olive oil and grill over medium heat until the lettuce chars and wilts slightly, about 3-5 minutes, turning once.
- Season with lemon juice, smoked salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately.
