Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can of diced tomatoes (low sodium)
- ½ cup Shallot Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Tuscan Farmhouse Blend
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Notes
*(Optional) Pine Nuts can add some nice texture
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl. Let set at room temperature for 20 minutes.
