We do our best to ship orders received before 2pm EST on the same day they arrive. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All order are shipped via UPS Ground, transit times can be found on the UPS website. If you require special shipping arrangements, please email us for more information.

Back Ordered Items
We allow for products to be ordered that may not be in stock. These items will be marked as available for Back Order. In the event that your order contains back ordered items, we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements. There are times that an item may be marked as back order but is actually in stock. In such case, we will ship the item under our normal shipping schedule.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Oil and Spice Company ships to addresses within the U.S.Due to the size and weight of our products, we are not permitted to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Tracking numbers are assigned to each order, log back into your account to view tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Oil and Spice Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Refund Policy
Items purchased from Oil and Spice Company can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY: IF YOU RECEIVE A SHIPMENT THAT CONTAINS DAMAGE, YOU MUST TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGE INCLUDING THE LABEL OF THE PRODUCT AND SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS.

In order for us to receive a credit from the shipping company, we must provide proof of the damages to be compensated.
